These terms cover Shikaku and aidagames.com, both operated by Aida Games. By playing the game or using the site, you agree to them.

The game

We give you a personal, non-exclusive license to play Shikaku. The game, its art, and its name stay ours. Do not copy, resell, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

Purchases and ads

Optional purchases are billed by Apple or Google under their payment terms. Ads may appear between sessions. Virtual items have no cash value outside the game.

The service

The game is provided as is. We may change, suspend, or stop it. We are not liable for indirect losses from using it, to the extent the law allows.

Age

Shikaku is not directed at children under 13.
